CNC Multi-Hole Drilling Line – Automation & Electrical Rehabilitation
The Suryon team executed PLC panel and electrical redesign, safety circuit overhaul, and PLC/HMI software updates on a CNC multi-hole drilling production line.

Scope:

• Electrical & Panel: Updated PLC panel design; re-organized I/O, cabling, and field wiring per standards.

• Safety: Re-architected safety circuits with a safety relay; reviewed E-Stop and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) workflows.

• Software: Revised PLC logic and HMI UI; added auto/manual, alarm, and maintenance menus.

• Testing & Commissioning: Completed functional tests and commissioning.

• Data & Integration: Prepared counters, downtime reasons, and key production data for upper-level system/SCADA integration.
