Industrial Pressurized Liquid Feed Unit – Automation & Electrical Rehabilitation
The Suryon team executed PLC panel & electrical redesign, safety circuit upgrades, and PLC/HMI software updates on an industrial pressurized liquid feed unit.
Scope:
Electrical & Panel: Updated PLC panel and electrical design; reorganized I/O, cabling, and field wiring per standards.
Safety: Re-architected safety circuits with a safety relay, including pressure switch, access interlock, and E-Stop.
Software: Revised PLC/HMI to include fill–pressurize–dose cycles, plus alarm and maintenance menus.
Testing & Commissioning: Completed FAT/SAT.
Data & Integration: Prepared flow–pressure–temperature data for upper-level system/SCADA integration.
Project Summary:
Unit: Industrial pressurized liquid feed
Our Role: Electrical redesign, safety circuits, PLC/HMI updates, FAT/SAT, and integration readiness
Outputs: Standards-compliant infrastructure, safe operation, and data visibility
Key Outcomes:
Safety: Reduced risk via safety-relay and sensor architecture
Efficiency: Lower downtime through automated cycles and alarm/maintenance menus
Traceability: Process data prepared for SCADA
